As Alvaro entered a new phase of growth, they were ready to elevate their brand to match the enduring quality of their work. With plans to take on larger projects and deepen relationships with architects, designers and high-end clients, they needed a brand strategy and identity that reflected their heritage, precision and forward-thinking approach.

In a market filled with generic claims of quality and detail, we set out to uncover what truly sets Alvaro apart. We uncovered the brand’s deeper story – generational expertise, a commitment to excellence, and a belief that homes should be both personal and lasting.

The brand tagline, Build your legacy, speaks to both the client’s experience and the lasting impact of Alvaro’s work. Messaging was developed to articulate this clearly across audiences – from discerning homeowners to design professionals.

The new brandmark and supporting graphic system draw on heritage cues, but with a contemporary lens. The mason’s mark graphic expresses the idea that the home is the jewel of the family, with the interlocking shapes reflecting the core of the Alvaro philosophy: collaboration, craft and passion.

The new identity captures the richness of what Alvaro offers. More than just builders, they are creators of lasting legacies through homes that are loved more everyday.
