Arcadis digital recruitment campaign sees immediate results

Understanding your brand and its key messages is essential to ensuring prospective employees feel confident in a company’s positioning and secure in the knowledge of the type of culture they will be joining.

Arcadis is the leading global natural and built asset, design and consultancy firm. They employ over 28,000 people, have presence in over 70 countries, across all disciplines and have built some of the most prestigious projects in the world.

Since launching in Australia in 2015 they have rapidly grown their Australian business and expect to triple their workforce in the next three years. No easy feat in a market where the brand is relatively unknown.

Marrying the brand narrative of ‘changing the built world’ and the target market insight around the excitement of the large scale local and international projects they would be exposed to we developed a digital recruitment campaign utilising LinkedIn, Facebook and Google search.

THE RESULTS?

Traffic to the Arcadis careers page has increased by over 76% and they have seen a significant increase in qualified applications. Due to the immediate success of this three month pilot campaign they have decided to extend the campaign indefinitely.
