The creation of a bold and fresh brand has given the shopping centre and property development Marina Square true standout.


Wentworth Point’s Marina Square is a brand new place for Sydney-siders to dine, shop, and live. A premium new development featuring the highest quality apartments with everything you could possibly need on the doorstep – from gyms to supermarkets and cafes to restaurants. Twentieth Letter – Marina Square’s marketing agency – contacted us to create a brand that was as bold as the centre’s ambition. The brand needed to attract commercial tenants as well as residents and appeal as an affluent and exciting place to live and do business.


Drawing inspiration from the diverse range of retailers and restaurants, the brand heroes the delicious food and drinks options available at Marina Square. The concept is sophisticated, inviting, clean, and exciting whilst achieving a feeling of warmth and community through imagery and bold, block colour. Its contemporary feel matches the centre’s aesthetic and appeals to the ultimate Marina Square resident.


Since unveiling the brand at the successful Marina Square launch event, we’ve continued to work with Twentieth Letter and the brand. The flexible nature of the concept has seen it applied seamlessly across a range of touchpoints from tenant brochures to hoarding, and bus backs to seasonal campaigns. It stands out against the seas of blacks and greys so prevalent in the sector and has helped attract tenants, residents, and visitors. Marina Square opened its doors with 45 places to dine, shop, live.
