Tiny Hunter is looking for a superstar mid-weight designer

Tiny Hunter is an award winning branding agency that strongly believes that all businesses should be built from a strategic brand foundation. Our team of creatives, strategists, account managers and developers are united by a single focus: to make our clients’ brands remarkable by combining clear strategy and clever design.
We are looking for a talented designer with 3+ years industry experience. You must be a conceptual thinker that can ideate before you get stuck into the visual design component of a project. You will work on a mix of projects at Tiny Hunter such as brand, packaging, print design, digital design and websites.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO…
- Work quickly and effectively whether autonomously or collaboratively
- Be welcoming of any feedback or critique of your work
- Demonstrate commercial understanding – stick to briefs and budgets in delivering creative solutions
- Keep abreast of design trends
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a lack of ego – we are a tight knit team and we all pitch in to help each other out
- Contribute to the agency’s development and act as its ambassador in the community
- Work productively in a collaborative remote-first agency
YOU MUST HAVE…
- At least 3 years experience in a studio / agency
- Good technical ability using Adobe Creative Cloud
- A world class aesthetic
- Experience in brand identity design and packaging
- Experience producing press ready artwork
- Graphic design qualification
- Good attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, can do attitude – happy to roll out artwork / produce press ready artwork to support the rest of the creative team
