Previously co-owned with the hospital, the clinic was entering a new era as an independent, physician-owned business. With a reputation built on trust, precision, and expert care, the clinic needed a new positioning and identity that honoured its legacy while positioning it for the future.

With the change in ownership, a hard deadline for the transition and a business where patients’ needs always come first, a highly agile approach to stakeholder engagement and collaboration was essential. Moving through the discovery phase in a sector dominated by corporatised, transactional care, we narrowed in on what truly set them apart: specialist radiologists at the helm. This ownership model enables superior outcomes through deeper collaboration, continuity, and patient-first service.

Core to the strategy was the consideration of two crucial, but quite different, audiences – patients, and their doctors. While they both had individual functional and emotional needs that needed to be taken into account in messaging and touchpoints, they were united in the same overarching goal – optimal health outcomes.
