What began as retail campaign work has grown into a long-standing partnership spanning brand, advertising, leasing and corporate communications. Today, we collaborate with teams across retail leasing, media and advertising, duty-free, foreign exchange and corporate, supporting SYD’s vision to be a world-class destination in every sense.
Recent projects include a strategic campaign for the Skytrax World Airport Awards. The campaign invited travellers to vote for SYD as the world’s best airport, delivered through the concept: A little love goes a long way.
We also worked closely with the retail leasing team to elevate their marketing collateral, creating a modular suite of brochures tailored to attract global brands. Designed for flexibility across terminals (T1, T2, T3), audiences and use cases, the suite reflects the premium experience SYD offers.
In 2024, we were appointed the strategic design agency for SYD’s bespoke Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. This work required a careful balance of data interpretation and audience-driven storytelling, turning complex insights into compelling narratives that reimagine what’s possible at SYD.
From strategy to storytelling and execution, we continue to help Sydney Airport bring its vision to life.
